NSIC Registration

By getting NSIC Registration enterprises get exemption from payment of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD). They do not need to submit respective amount.

Tender Advantages

In tender MSEs quoting price within price band of L1+15 per cent shall also be allowed to supply a portion upto 25% of requirement by bringing down their price to L1 Price where L1 is non MSEs.

The reserved quota

By getting NSIC Registration out of the total annual requirement of 20% supplies from MSMEs, 4% is reserved for the units owned by SC/STs.

Procurement from MSME

Every Department/Central Ministries/PSUs need to set an annual aim of at least 25% of the total annual purchase of the products or services developed or delivered by MSEs.
